Shipping Policy
Please allow 2 days for ordering processing. When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information.
Our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. However, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered), we are no longer responsible for your package. It is the customer's responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time of delivery. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
Once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control over its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order tracking information, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email when your order is shipped out.
Please allow 3-5 business days for an order to ship after order processing. Order processing takes three days. All orders ship via USPS.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered to you and that it is not lost or stolen.
If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. If your billing address cannot be verified, unfortunately, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund.
It can take up to 2-7 days to receive after shipment. We are not responsible for any customs fees that occur. A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped.
Please make sure your email is correct.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information.
International Taxes & Customs Charges: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees relevant to you. AFTER7 THE LABEL is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we can reship the order, but there is a re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you decide you would like to cancel the order after it is returned to us for a refund instead, the shipping fee will be deducted from the original purchase.
Pre-ordered items will ship on their desired date. If you order other items in addition to your pre-ordered item, all items will ship together on the pre-ordered shipping date.
Unforuntately, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to double check their order details carefully before submitting their order.
We do offer extra shipping protection that protects your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We suggest all customers purchase it. As we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages, we encourage all customers to purchase this protection.
Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost or stolen.
Once purchased, your package is 100% protected, and you will be refunded in any event that it's lost or stolen. Your claim must be filed within 15 days of your lost or stolen package otherwise, they insurance with be invalid.
